Regulations for Qualifying and Hiring Telecommunications Engineers and the Management of Telecommunications Engineering Enterprises Article 22

The qualification of an individual who has obtained a license as a senior telecommunications engineer issued by the competent authority shall remain effective as a Class A telecommunication engineer; the qualification of an individual who has obtained a license as a telecommunication engineer issued by the competent authority shall remain effective as a Class B telecommunication engineer.The period of validity of a registration license obtained by a telecommunications engineering enterprise from the competent authority shall continue until its expiration; prior to expiration of the validity period of the license, the enterprise may apply to the competent authority for renewal in accordance with Article 17 of this Regulation.
