Administrative Regulations on Radio Waves Article 29
The competent authority shall handle the interference according to the following priorities and order:1. Military radio frequency shall be deemed highest first priority in the mobilization implementation phase;2. Aviation safety mission;3. Disaster prevention and rescue mission;4. Importance of the nature of business;5. Radio frequency assigning date.

主管機關處理干擾之優先順序如下：
一、於動員實施階段時，以軍用無線電頻率為優先。
二、飛航安全之任務。
三、災害防救之任務。
四、依業務性質之重要性。
五、依無線電頻率指配先後。
