Administrative Regulations of Amateur Radio Operators and Radio Stations Article 9
Those who have successfully qualified from the amateur operator examination of any class may apply to the competent authority for the issuance of an amateur operator of that class within 10 years after passing the examination; those who fail to apply for the license within the given deadline shall be required to retake the respective examination.The amateur operator license shall state:1. Name of the holder in both Chinese and English, and the date of birth;2. License number and class; and3. Issuance date and expiration date.
中文原文 業餘無線電人員及電臺管理辦法第9條
各等級業餘無線電人員測試及格者，得於測試及格之日起十年內向主管機關申請核發該等業餘無線電人員執照；逾期申請執照者，應重新測試。
業餘無線電人員執照應載明下列事項：
一、中、英文姓名及出生日期。
二、執照字號及資格級別。
三、發照日期及有效日期。
