Administrative Regulations of Amateur Radio Operators and Radio Stations Article 24
The frequency tolerance and spurious emission of amateur apparatus used for amateur stations shall be in accordance with the Administrative Regulations on Frequency Usage.In the case where the spurious emission of an amateur apparatus generates harmful interference to other radio receivers, the emission shall be ceased and corrected immediately.

業餘電臺之業餘無線電機之頻率容許差度及混附發射應符合無線電頻率使用管理辦法之規定。
