Regulation for Administration of Installation of Microwave Radio Station of Type I Telecommunications Business Article 16
If the applicants or installers exist one of the following situations, the competent authority shall abolish the assignment of microwave frequency and permit the erection of microwave radio station:1. A letter of consent for service preparation is expired and doesn’t acquire a license by the Regulations.2. There prepares to agree or operates to permit for service cancelled or revoked.3. There exists any violation of Paragraphs 1of Article 11.

申請者或設置者有下列情形之一者，主管機關應廢止其微波頻率之指配及微波電臺之架設許可：
一、業務籌設同意書期間屆滿，且未依規定取得特許執照者。
二、經撤銷或廢止所營業務之籌設同意或經營特許者。
三、違反第十一條第一項規定者。
