Administrative Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of Dedicated Telecommunications, and the Connection of Dedicated Telecommunications to Public Communication System Article 3
In accordance with the application for establishment system or purpose, the dedicated telecommunications shall be classified into the following:1. Dedicated wired telecommunications:(1)Wired carrier station.(2)Optical fiber transmission station.(3)Dedicated wired telephone.2. Dedicated radio telecommunications:(1)Ship radio station.(2)Aircraft radio station.(3)Taxi radio station.(4)Academic experimental radio station.(5)Amateur radio station.(6)Dedicated radio stations for fishing, electricity, police, fire safety, railroad, highway, Mass Rapid Transit, medical, water resources service, meteorology and established for dedicated use by other users to support their own service activities.

一、專用有線電信。
（一）有線載波電臺。
（二）光纖傳輸電臺。
（三）專設有線電話。
二、專用無線電信（一）船舶無線電臺。
（二）航空器無線電臺。
（三）計程車無線電臺。
（四）學術試驗無線電臺。
（五）業餘無線電臺。
（六）漁業、電力、警察、消防、鐵路、公路、捷運、醫療、水利、氣象及其他專供設置者本身業務需要而設立之專用無線電臺。
一、專用有線電信。
（一）有線載波電臺。
（二）光纖傳輸電臺。
（三）專設有線電話。
二、專用無線電信（一）船舶無線電臺。
（二）航空器無線電臺。
（三）計程車無線電臺。
（四）學術試驗無線電臺。
（五）業餘無線電臺。
（六）漁業、電力、警察、消防、鐵路、公路、捷運、醫療、水利、氣象及其他專供設置者本身業務需要而設立之專用無線電臺。
