The system operator should self-prepare the following testing equipment:1. Wave leakage testing equipment2. Signal level meter3. Frequency spectrum analysis meter4. Ground resistance test meter5. Digital signal analyzer capable of measuring error bit rate and power of digital signal, exempted of those non-digital broadcasting television signal transmitters.
