Rules for the Technical Engineering of Cable Radio and Television Systems Article 18
Frequency stability of the head-end analog television channel should conform to the following stipulations on each item:1. Video and audio carrier frequency of the television channel shall differ less than 25 KHz from its allocated carrier frequency.2. The difference of the video and audio carrier frequency of the television channel should be within 4.5 MHz - ±2 KHz3. FM carrier frequency and its allocated carrier frequency shall differ less than 10 KHz.

頭端設備類比電視頻道之頻率穩定度應符合下列各款之規定：
一、電視頻道之影像及聲音載波頻率，與指配之載波頻率之差值應小於25kHz。
二、電視頻道之影像與聲音載波頻率之差值應在4.5MHz正負2kHz以內。
三、調頻載波頻率與指配之載波頻率之差值應小於10kHz。
