Law:: The National Communications Commission Organization Act
Chinese:: 國家通訊傳播委員會組織法第16條

The Executive Yuan shall prescribe by order the implementation date of this Act.The revision of Article 4 made on 16th July of 2024 and the revision of Article 16 made on 15th November of 2024 of the Republic of China take effect on 1st December of 2024.

本法施行日期，由行政院以命令定之。
中華民國一百十三年七月十六日修正之第四條條文及一百十三年十一月十五日修正之第十六條條文，自一百十三年十二月一日施行。
