Partial Amendments to the Enforcement Rules of the Fair Trade Act Article 20
The concerted action assessment report accompanying an application for approval filed pursuant to Subparagraph 7, Paragraph 1, Article 15 of the Act, in addition to the requirements specified by Article 14, shall also specify the following information:materials to show meeting the criteria to be recognized as a small or medium-sized enterprise;anticipated concrete results in achieving improved operational efficiency or strengthened competitiveness.
