Fair Trade Act Article 9
Monopolistic enterprises shall not engage in any one of the following conducts:1. directly or indirectly prevent any other enterprises from competing by unfair means;2. improperly set, maintain or change the price for goods or the remuneration for services;3. make a trading counterpart give preferential treatment without justification; or4. other abusive conducts by its market power.

獨占之事業，不得有下列行為：
一、以不公平之方法，直接或間接阻礙他事業參與競爭。
二、對商品價格或服務報酬，為不當之決定、維持或變更。
三、無正當理由，使交易相對人給予特別優惠。
四、其他濫用市場地位之行為。
