When deemed necessary, in addition to inviting scholars, specialists and representatives from concerned administrative agencies or businesses, the commissioners may act in accordance with their duties or upon the request of concerned parties and notify concerned parties or related personnel to attend and give their statements at commissioners' meetings.The invitees and attendees stated in the preceding paragraph shall leave the meeting before the commissioners voting on the issue.

委員會議認有必要時，除得邀請學者、專家及與議決事項有關之其他行政機關或事業派員列席，陳述事實或提供意見外，並得依職權或當事人之申請，通知當事人或與審議事件有關人員到場說明。
