The Accounting Office shall be responsible for the following tasks:1.Establishing accounting system.2.Preparation and examination of budgets and final accounts.3.Accounting and cost calculation.4.Internal audit.5.Financial allocation.6.Other matters related to annual budgeting, accounting, statistics and audit.
