Regulations on Contracted Employment of the Executive Yuan and Its Subordinate Agencies Article 6
A contract shall be entered into for contract employment providing the following contents:1.Employment period.2.Job contents and job standards.3.Remuneration and payment method.4.The handling method for the overpaid remuneration.5.Rights and responsibilities.6.Liability for breach of contract.7.Causes for contract termination.8.Other necessary matters.The layout of the employment contract for contract personnel shall be determined by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan.

約僱人員之僱用應訂立契約，其內容如下：
一、僱用期間。
二、擔任工作內容及工作標準。
三、僱用期間報酬及給酬方式。
四、溢領報酬之處理方式。
五、權利及義務。
六、違背義務時，應負之責任。
七、終止契約事由。
八、其他必要事項。
約僱人員僱用契約書格式，由行政院人事行政總處定之。
