Non-Departmental Public Bodies Act Article 33

The Original Authority (Agency) or its superior authority may approve and disburse allocations by making adjustments within the original scope of the budget at the year of the establishment of the non-departmental public bodies without being limited by Articles 62 and 63 of the Budget Act.
