Statistics Act Article 12

Agencies shall only conduct the Designated Statistical Survey or General Statistical Survey that are directly related to their duties and out of urgency; no surveys shall be conducted under any of the following circumstances:1.The information required can be obtained from the data mentioned in Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 2 of Article 4.2.The survey can be incorporated into other similar surveys.
