Statutes for Establishment and Management of Budget, Accounting and Statistics Agencies and BAS Personnel Article 28
The training or further education of BAS Personnel shall be overall proposed and conducted by the Central BAS Authority.First-level BAS Agencies may conduct a training or further education on their own subject to the actual needs provided that they shall report to the Central BAS Authority for approval and future reference.
