Hakka Basic Act Article 17
The government shall fund the establishment of the Hakka Public Communications Foundation and ensure the provision of Hakka public radio and television. Its establishment and other relevant matters shall be specified by separate Act.The government may provide incentives or subsidies for the broadcasting and television enterprises that produce programs related to the Hakka language or culture.

政府應捐助設立財團法人客家公共傳播基金會，辦理全國性之客家公共廣播及電視等傳播事項；其設置及相關事項，另以法律定之。
