Act for the Establishment of the Hakka Public Communications Foundation Article 17
The HPCF has one general manager.The general manager candidate is nominated by the chairman of the board of directors pursuant to the open nomination process and is approved by the board of directors by a majority vote of the directors present at the board meeting attended by more than two-thirds of total directors.The general manager is in charge of the businesses of the HPCF under the directions and supervision of the chairman.The general manager shall not be current public official or political party worker.The general manager shall not invest any other business relevant to Hakka communication or carry out businesses rather than those of the HPCF and shall not also work for any entity in addition to the HPCF.Paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 15 apply to the general manager.

本基金會置總經理一人。
總經理由董事長經公開徵選程序後，提請董事會由三分之二以上董事出席，出席董事過半數之同意後遴聘之。
總經理受董事長指揮監督，執行本基金會之業務。
總經理不得為現任公職人員或政黨黨務工作人員。
總經理不得投資與客家傳播有關之其他事業，或執行本基金會以外之業務，並不得擔任本基金會以外之職務。
第十五條第一項及第三項規定，於總經理準用之。
