Protection Act for the traditional intellectual creations of indigenous peoples Article 4
(Recognition Registration)Intellectual creations shall be recognized by and registered with the competent authority so as to be protected by the Act. The criteria for recognizing intellectual creations mentioned in the previous paragraph shall be determined by the competent authority.
