Protection Act for the traditional intellectual creations of indigenous peoples Article 3
(Definition of Intellectual Creations)The intellectual creations referred to in this Act shall mean traditional religious ceremonies, music, dance, songs, sculptures, weaving, patterns, clothing, folk crafts or any other expression of the cultural achievements of indigenous peoples.
