Where a person referred to in Article 2 who holds a Veteran ID or a certificate of Anti-Communist Martyr, and does not meet the requirements to become the beneficiaries of National Health Insurance, seeks medical treatment in a VAC affiliated medical institution, VAC shall subsidize their expenses.

第二條人員領有榮民證、義士證，惟未符合參加全民健康保險資格者，至輔導會所屬醫療機構就醫時，其醫療費用由輔導會補助之。
