Where a person referred to in Article 2 who seeks medical treatment in a VAC affiliated medical institution, their registration fees shall be waived, except beneficiaries of National Health Insurance who are high users of medical servicesThe preceding paragraph may apply mutatis mutandis to the second category of veterans who are unemployed within the assistance time period mentioned in Subparagraph 2, Article 2-1 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act.
