Enforcement Rules of the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certification Act Article 5
“Eligible for further extension of residency” referred to in Item 1, Subparagraph 2 and Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 4 of the Act shall be determined in accordance with the laws and regulations of the place of residence overseas.
