Enforcement Rules of the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certification Act Article 2

“Overseas Compatriot Identity Endorsement” referred to in the Act means an Overseas Compatriot Identity Endorsement issued in respect of a passport pursuant to Article 10 of the Act and Article 16 of the Enforcement Rules of Passport Act.
