Organization Act of the Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C. (TAIWAN) Article 1
The Executive Yuan shall establish Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C.(TAIWAN) (hereinafter referred to as the“OCAC”) to handle administration of overseas community affairs and to assist overseas compatriots’ enterprises.
