Regulations Governing the Discharge of Oil, Wastewater or Sewage Into the Sea From Maritime Projects Article 5
The discharge permits document shall record the following items:I. Basic informationA. The name and address of the applicantsB. The name, identification document number of the statutory and address, of responsible person of the applicants.C. The name and GPS coordinates of the marine project.D. The name, national ID card number and address of the person in charge of the marine project.II. Content of the discharge permit:A. The name of marine pollution control equipment, treatment capacity and treatment efficiency.B. The location of discharge facilities and discharge outlets.C. The types of pollutants to be discharged, maximum permitted concentration and upper limit of discharge.D. Other matters as stipulated by the central competent authority.III. The validity period of the discharge permit and the permit number.

排放許可文件應記載內容如下：
一、基本資料：
（一）申請單位名稱及地址。
（二）申請單位負責人姓名、身分證件字號及住址。
（三）海域工程名稱及衛星定位（GPS）座標。
（四）海域工程負責人姓名、身分證件字號及住址。
二、排放許可內容：
（一）海洋污染防治設備名稱、處理容量及處理效率。
（二）排放設施及排放口位置。
（三）排放污染物種類、最大許可濃度及排放量上限。
（四）其他經中央主管機關規定之事項。
三、排放許可文件有效期限及許可字號。
