Marine Pollution Control Act Enforcement Rules Article 9
The restriction of the use of a marine area of the rear section of Article 9, Paragraph 1 of this Act,which include the following the measures.1.Temporary suspension of the use of the marine area at issue, in part or in whole2.Restriction of the time period for use3.Restriction of the scope of use4.Modification or reduction of the uses of a marine area5.Other temporary measures for the restriction or modification of marine use conditions for the prevention, elimination or mitigation of the deterioration of the marine environment.

本法第九條第一項後段所稱限制海域之使用，包含下列措施：
一、暫停該海域全部或一部分之使用。
二、限制使用之期間。
三、限制使用之範圍。
四、變更或減少海域使用之用途。
五、其他為防止、排除或減輕海洋環境惡化之限制、變更海域使用條件之暫時性措施。
