Law:: Marine Pollution Control Act
Chinese:: 海洋污染防治法第54條

Those in one of the following circumstances shall be fined NT$100,000 to NT$10 million and shall be ordered to clean up pollution. Those who fail to clean up pollution by the deadline shall be fined per violation.1. Those who fail to clean up pollution pursuant to the preceding section of Article 16, Paragraph 1.2. The violation of engaging in marine incineration pursuant to Article 28.

有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣十萬元以上一千萬元以下罰鍰，並得限期令其清除污染；屆期未清除污染者，得按次處罰：
一、未依第十六條第一項前段規定清除污染。
二、違反第二十八條規定從事海上焚化。
