Those who fail to comply with an order to suspend work issued by the competent authority pursuant to Article 48, Article 50 or Article 55 shall be punished by a maximum of two years imprisonment, detention and/or a fine of NT$500,000 to NT$10 million.

不遵行主管機關依第四十八條、第五十條或第五十五條規定所為之停工命令者，處二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科新臺幣五十萬元以上一千萬元以下罰金。
