Marine Pollution Control Act Article 2

This Act shall apply to the intertidal zones, internal waters, territorial seas, contiguous zones, exclusive economic zones and waters superjacent to the continental shelf under the jurisdiction of the Republic of China (R.O.C.).This Act shall also apply to those circumstances in which the discharge of hazardous substances in marine areas outside the areas designated in the foregoing paragraph causes pollution within the areas designated in the foregoing paragraph.
