Regulations Governing the Collection of Various Marine Pollution Control Permit Application Fees Article 3
When the competent authority accepts applications for changes to originally permitted cases, a review fee of NT$1,000 per vessel shall be charged:1. Addition of operation vessel(s) by those who are permitted to engage in oil transportation or offshore wind power projects pursuant to Article 15 of this Act.2. Change of the International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate.3. Change of the Certificate of Liability Insurance.4. Change of the Certificate of Vessel's Nationality.

主管機關受理原許可事項之下列變更申請時，應以每艘船舶為單位，收取審查費新臺幣一千元：
一、依本法第十五條規定許可從事油輸送或離岸風力發電工程，新增作業船舶。
二、變更國際防止油污染證書。
三、變更責任保險證明。
四、變更船舶國籍證書。
