Regulations Governing Coordination & Liaison between Coast Guard Administration and Ministry of Transportation and Communications Article 2

For matters to be executed by Coast Guard Administration (hereinafter referred to as CGA) under the trust of Ministry of Transportation and Communications (hereinafter referred to as MOTC) and/or any of its subordinate agencies or organizations according to laws and regulations, the nature of the matters commissioned and the legal basis for such commission shall be published according to Article 15 of Administrative Procedure Act.Any request of assistance between CGA and MOTC (and/or any of its subordinate agencies or organizations) shall be made in writing according to Article 19 of Administrative Procedure Act with the exception of an emergency. If the request is made in any form other than in writing, a later submittal of written information shall be followed.
