The ombudsman committee's decision shall be prepared, in the name of the ombudsman body, into an ombudsman statement and served upon the parties to the dispute.The delivery referred to in the preceding paragraph is subject mutatis mutandis to provisions in the Taiwan Code of Civil Procedure governing the service of documents.

評議委員會之評議決定應以爭議處理機構名義作成評議書，送達當事人。
