Regulations Governing Permission of Insurance Business Transactions and Investment Between the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area Article 46
When a Mainland-area insurance enterprise or Mainland-funded insurance enterprise with equity investment in an insurance enterprise in Taiwan Area under the approval of the Competent Authority intends to transfer its shares, the transferor and the transferee shall jointly apply to the Competent Authority for approval.If a Mainland-area insurance enterprise or Mainland-funded insurance enterprise violates the provisions in the preceding paragraph, the Competent Authority may annul the approval for its investment or take other necessary measures.

大陸地區保險業或陸資保險業經許可參股投資臺灣地區保險業後，其轉讓股份時，轉讓人及受讓人應會同向主管機關申請許可。
大陸地區保險業或陸資保險業違反前項規定者，主管機關得廢止投資許可或為其他必要之處置。
