Regulations Governing Offshore Insurance Branches Article 11
An offshore insurance branch shall assess the quality of its assets, clean up its non-performing loans and non-accrual loans and write off bad debt in accordance with the Regulations Governing Asset Valuation and Handling of Non-Performing Credit, Non-Accrual Loans, and Bad Debt by Insurance Enterprises and relevant rules.
