Regulations Governing Non-Life Insurance Enterprises Engaging in Injury Insurance and Health Insurance Article 5
The business plan referred to in subparagraph 2 of the foregoing Article shall include the following particulars:1. Organization and functions of departments for the injury insurance and health insurance business;2. Flow process and handling procedures for underwriting, claim adjusting, conservation, actuarial, reinsurance, and complaint;3. Information management system for the effective operations of injury insurance and health insurance, including software and hardware for the connection of computer systems;4. Sound risk control mechanism, including the reporting of underwriting activities, reinsurance and provision of reserves; and5. Staffing, management, and personnel training plans.

前條第二款所稱營業計畫書，應包括下列項目：
一、經營傷害保險及健康保險之組織及部門職掌。
二、核保、理賠、保全、精算、再保險及申訴案件之作業流程及處理程序。
三、有效辦理傷害保險及健康保險之資訊管理系統，包括電腦系統連線之軟、硬體設備。
四、健全之風險控管機制，包括核保通報、再保險、準備金提存等之風險控管機制。
五、人員配置、管理及培訓計畫。
一、經營傷害保險及健康保險之組織及部門職掌。
二、核保、理賠、保全、精算、再保險及申訴案件之作業流程及處理程序。
