Regulations Governing Non-Life Insurance Enterprises Engaging in Injury Insurance and Health Insurance Article 4
A non-life insurance enterprise applying for engaging in injury insurance and health insurance shall submit the following documents to the competent authority for a permit:1. Application for Engaging in Injury Insurance and Health Insurance;2. Business plan for injury insurance and health insurance; and3. Other documents as required by the competent authority.

申請經營傷害保險及健康保險之財產保險業，應檢具下列文件，向主管機關申請許可：
一、經營傷害保險及健康保險申請書。
二、經營傷害保險及健康保險之營業計畫書。
三、其他經主管機關規定應提出之文件。
