When the brokerage association or brokers association is established or holds reelection, it shall report its articles of association, a list of members, and a list of directors and supervisors to both the Ministry of the Interior and the competent authority for recordation.The brokerage association or broker association shall disclose on its website the name, capital, place of business of its member, operating bonds deposited, liability insurance and bonding insurance purchased by members companies and other matters as required by the competent authority.

經紀人商業同業公會或經紀人公會成立或改選時，應將章程、會員及理監事名冊，分報內政部及主管機關備查。
經紀人商業同業公會或經紀人公會應於其網站公開揭露所屬會員名稱、資本額、營業所在地、保證金、投保責任保險、保證保險及其他主管機關規定事項。
