Broker companies and banks shall establish check and management procedures for relevant documents under the preceding article.The insurance brokerage association shall draw up self-regulatory rules for the check and management procedures mentioned in the preceding paragraph and submit the rules to the competent authority for reference.

經紀人公司及銀行應就前條所列文件建立檢核管理作業程序。
經紀人商業同業公會應就前項檢核管理作業程序訂定自律規範，並報主管機關備查。
