Regulations for Establishment, Transfer, or Withdraw Branch Units by Insurance Enterprises Article 18
The manager of an insurance enterprise’s correspondence office shall possess the qualifications of insurance solicitor, be free of the situations set out in Article 7 of the Regulations Governing the Supervision of Insurance Solicitors and shall also possess one of the following qualifications:1. Has graduated from a school at the level of senior high school (or senior vocational high school) or higher, or possesses equivalent academic qualifications, and has worked in the field of insurance for three years or longer.2. Has graduated from a school at the level of senior high school (or senior vocational high school) or higher, or possesses equivalent academic qualifications, and has worked for three years or longer in insurance administration or regulation.3. Has worked in the field of insurance for five years or longer.

保險業通訊處主管，除應具備保險業務員資格且無保險業務員管理規則第七條所定情事外，並應具備下列資格之一：

二、高中（職）以上學校畢業或具有同等學歷，擔任保險行政或管理工作經驗三年以上。
三、從事保險工作經驗五年以上。
