Regulations Governing Insurance Agents Article 18

Upon applying to the competent authority for the issuance of a practice license, an independent agent shall pay the fees set by the competent authority and submit the following documents:1. An application form.2. The proof of the deposit of bond and a duplicate of an insurance policy showing the purchase of professional liability insurance.3. Certification showing membership in the agents association in accordance with Article 45 herein.4. Other documents as required by the competent authority.

個人執業代理人應繳交主管機關所定之規費，並檢附下列文件，向主管機關申請核發執業證照：
一、申請書。
二、繳存保證金之證明及投保專業責任保險之保險單副本。
三、依第四十五條規定加入代理人商業同業公會之證明。
四、其他主管機關規定應提出之文件。
