Regulations Governing Internal Operating Systems and Procedures for Banks Conducting Financial Derivatives Business Article 9
When a bank files information to the Commission for reference in accordance with Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 3 of Article 7 herein, if the documents submitted are incomplete or are not supplemented within a specified period of time, the Commission may order the bank to suspend its business in question until the required remedial action is completed.
