Regulations Governing the Capital Adequacy and Capital Category of Banks Article 19
The bank shall disclose the relevant information concerning the capital adequacy as requested by the competent authority.The rules with respect to the disclosure for the capital adequacy as mentioned in the above paragraph will be further provided by the competent authority.
