Foreign Exchange Control Act Article 19-2

Intentional violation of the measures taken by the Executive Yuan pursuant to Article 19-1 herein shall be subject to a fine of not more than NT$3,000,000.Notwithstanding the preceding provision, the violator shall be exempt from the penalty provided the Legislative Yuan rejects the measures taken by the Executive Yuan subsequently.
