Law:: Rules Governing the Business of Electronic Stored Value Card Issuers
Chinese:: 電子票證發行機構業務管理規則第27條

Paragraphs 3, 5, and 6 of Article 2, Articles 2-1, 2-2, Subparagraphs 2 to 4, Paragraph 7, Article 3, and Subparagraph 1 Article 6 of the Rules as amended on November 5, 2018 shall be effective as of January 1, 2019. Other amended and reinstated provisions shall be effective as of the date of promulgation.
