Rules Governing the Business of Electronic Stored Value Card Issuers Article 20
Issuers shall file periodic reports on their electronic stored value card business with an institution designated by the Competent Authority.The institution designated by the Competent Authority under the preceding paragraph shall determine the scope of information to be reported and rules for the filing operations, and submit the same to the Competent Authority for reference.
