Act Governing Issuance of Electronic Stored Value Cards Article 5-2
(Financial Technology Development and Innovative Experimentation)To facilitate the development of financial inclusion and financial technology, the innovative experiment of electronic stored value cards business may be applied, but not limited to electronic stored value cards issuers, for pursuant to Financial Technology Development and Innovative Experimentation Act.The foregoing innovative experiments may be exempt from the requirements of the Act within the period and scope approved by the competent authority.The competent authority shall make reference to the status of the innovative experiments specified in Paragraph 1, and review the appropriateness of the Act and relevant financial laws.

為促進普惠金融及金融科技發展，不限於電子票證發行機構，得依金融科技發展與創新實驗條例申請辦理電子票證業務創新實驗。
前項之創新實驗，於主管機關核准辦理之期間及範圍內，得不適用本條例之規定。
主管機關應參酌第一項創新實驗之辦理情形，檢討本條例及相關金融法規之妥適性。
