Act Governing Issuance of Electronic Stored Value Cards Article 2
(Competent Authority)The term "Competent Authority", as used in this Act, shall mean the Financial Supervisory Commission. For matters involving the authority of other government agencies, the Competent Authority will consult with the government agencies concerned.
