The Act Governing Electronic Payment Institutions Article 7
An electronic payment institution must be organized as a company limited by shares; Except for institutions approved by the competent authority to engage concurrently in other businesses, it shall engage exclusively in businesses provided under Subparagraphs of Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2, Article 4.
